Grill 54 Citrus Park
Grill 54 has 2 locations. The first location in Trinity, and the 2nd in Citrus park. They service American favorites, Italian favorites, and sushi. Yea, that's right sushi! How often do you see a restaurant that has a full "Italian specialties" menu section with a full sushi bar? We dined there on Saturday night. The complimentary valet parking is a must, because you won't find a parking spot without it. We were with a group of 12 people or so in the private banquet room. The indoor decor is like Grillsmith mixed with Bonefish. Grill 54 has a full liquor bar, and a fairly extensive wine collection. We Had (All Pictured)
The presentation of the beef carpaccio was very nice. The veal chop was prepared medium rare. It is topped off with a cherry pepper demi glaze. The pepper topping really complimented it well. ** The Mahi-Mahi** We actually ordered grouper, but there was a mix up. We brought up the problem with the server. The manager came by, and took care of the problem. Despite the small problem with the grouper/mahi, overall dining at Grill 54 was a good experience.
