La Casa della Pasta Carrollwood Review
They very first thing you notice pulling in at night is how nice their outdoor seating area looks. We dined outside, since this Florida weather has been the best.

The Beef Carpaccio had Parmesan cheese, wild mushrooms, and olive oil. It was great! The only thing that could have made it better, was to use truffle oil instead of olive oil. With the healthy portion size and price, I do understand not using truffle oil though.
The Vite Milanese is veal scallopini lightly breaded, topped with fresh greens, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. It was not what I expected it to look like, but turned out to be better!
The Vitello Mare E Monti is Veal scallopini, topped with asparagus, crab meat, and fontina cheese, with a chianti glaze reduction sauce.
The Nutella Mousse is a special dessert that's not normally on the menu. It was great.
The Cannollis were the true test of just how "authentic Italian" they were. They nailed it! They were so fresh tasting, and rich.
