Vizcaya is an authentic Spanish (from Spain) fine dining restaurant located in Carrollwood. They are also a Tapas Bar. You can enjoy everything from maple leaf duck, to ceviche there. They have quite a selection of Spanish wines to choose from. This weekend was my 3rd time dining at Vizcaya.
We Had (All Pictured)
The Ceviche De Corbina was served with popcorn on top. I was a little skeptical at first, but it was quite refreshing.
This was my 3rd time having the Escargot. It is served inside puff pastry with mushrooms. I definitely recommend it.
The Chateaubriand was prepared perfectly medium rare. It is served with a potato croquette, and vegetable medley maranara.
The Chocolate Mousse Cake was tasty.
Saving the best for last. The Orange Cake is just like key lime pie, except with orange flavor. It was very rich, and absolutely the best. This is a must try when you go to Vizcaya. It was served with creme brulee on the side.
You should definitely try Vizcaya if you have not. When you do, post your review HERE.
